The tune has got a lot of energy, so that's good because we're talking about Drum N Bass. I like the power of the snare and the feel of the percussion. The kick feels a bit heavy in the sub region. Make sure you've rolled off anything below 80hz on that Kick to leave more room in the tune. That main lead/fx sound is a bit annoying if it's playing non-stop. I'd probabaly create a bit more space by taking it out when the other distorted synth is playing. Generally speaking, some of the sounds in this tune are a bit too dissonant to gel together adequately. I'd also look at playing this tune on lots of different systems; in someone's car, round somebody else's house, on an iPod etc and make a list of stuff that could be changed. Some instruments appear a bit too loud in the mix and there's also some frequency overlap with those mid-range bass/synth sounds. On the whole though this tune has a lot of potential. Pretty good!

Some good ideas in this track that could be explored further but unfortunately aren't.
Lacks stereo image which would help add width.

Would be nice to have an intro without the steel drum/piano/glass jar with water/FM sound.

In fact this instrument could use a bit of grit e.g bitcrushed or saturation.

Not as grimey as I'd hopped given you description but has potential.

The BPM of the main synth sound could use some swing or be half - timed to add interest, maybe reverse a few notes hear and there.

Look forward to to next incarnation of this tune, keep working it !
