intro's very dreamy. got a nice soundtrack vibe. nice sub. would like to hear a proper drop, defo should be subtle tho. some more sfx could help this shine too. i do really like the downtempo vibe here. The drums have a nice live feel to them too. Bring in that vocal sooner, sounds good. Bit repetitive for a 5min song tho. Could use some variation / mixing it up. I think that 2-note slide pad is played throughout the entire track. which could be okay if at some points you switch it up a bit- fx, flange, phase, maybe play the notes in reverse, move em up an octave... someting to switch it up. overall, nice chill vibe tho.

points taken but I wasn't planning on doing anything more to this track.

I wasn't planning on it being dnb either tbh as I usually make down-tempo/trip-hop/dub stuff.

thanks for comments mind Smile

Tune starts well and has good potential. The problem is that it doesn't build in the way that the listener wants it too. The intro promises a lot and sounds pretty slick but it seems like the tune never really gets off the ground. Remember every 16 bars there needs to be some sort of change that grabs you and it seems like the changes that do occur are now powerful enough to keep the ear interested. I would look to adding more to build the tune up and the 'drop' needs to have something more meaty. The foundation is good, it just needs more.
