your track really has a "phace / misanthrop" kind of sound and feel..nice bass sounds, they work really well with the drums!
the intro sounds a bit messy to me..this type of minimalistic funk is pretty hard to do cause it has to be really clean..
but you shure are on the good way..i like the track!

ok, very nice vibe to it form the start. Id do the pitching of the synth different but thats personal tastes.

don't have to ask from where you draw inspiration for the beats Big Grin

I liked the drop and what happens next but it gets into a lull second minute, strange things occrur at before the second drop which bring a low in the momentum then you sort of sneak the tune back in, not good as it needs a huge drop to outdo the first IMO

don't get me wrong, I like that it has it's charm and the punch is there, just wish it all made more sense structure wise

keep at

damn, what a pity it dropped like it did ;/ intro was nice, atmo was set up too. the goal was i suppose that when the drums drop it would surprise the listener. but it was quite disappointing :[ maybe if it built some more tension. and it seems like you got some PDC (or compression or layering) problems with the snare. it really doesn't hit right and you must hear it. the bass sounds nice, but the snare kills the whole track for me, sorry

very interesting bass sounds, like all the switches used. i think the drums could be improved a little, not a fan of the sanre you have used, otherwise its a nice track Smile

There are lots of thing to like about this track, but then there are others elements that cancel it out.

The vocal sample was to loud for the laid back intro, and secondly they never re-appeared later. Either remove them all together or clean them up, chop them up and sprinkle lightly through out the break down.

I found that the sub/bass and kick are a bit woolie and there is a lot of overlapping in the lower range, but nothing a little bit of proper EQ couldn't fix.

I like the constant movement of your pads.

You have all the elements there, maybe muck around with the arrangement and automation and you got yourself a keeper.
