Cool staggering break. Sound like an old tune made in ReBirth. 303 soundz! Drums need more automation and a much more definied driving concept. I can't hear any kick here at all as it is very quiet. Repetative and gets boring rapidly. Needs many more edits and drum changes. Wheres the bassline? Sound like some samples stuck togethere no real defined arrangement.
nice choppage in the intro! Not liking the stereo amen breaks. at least center the snares, ghost snares & kick rolls. Crazy edits before the break! and that break pad is sweet. total ol skool vibe! Where's your sub? Would much rather hear a sub than that 8bit sounding arp pad. Overall, some interesting stuff, but not sure where you wanted to go with this one.
Hi, I agree. My equalization is really poor. I think that's because I use a computer with no monitors. I mean, I make my music just with my headphones.
The cut up amen in the intro is an ear killer.
Don't drop this on a crowd at high volume because it will HURT. You'd better change it.
You could lower the volume or lower the depth of the cuts, hi-pass it,...
I like Acid a lot (still do). You acid stuff is one octave too high to have a real bassline though, so your tune is pretty much bassless.
Pad in breakdown has too much panning going on.
The breakdown comes too late, the second acid melodie is way better than the first. I would have loved to hear the breakdown pads and the acid melody together in harmony in the second drop because in the current structure there's no connection between the first drop-breakdown-second drop.
