what exactly do you mean with' the mix seems dragged on'
for the rest i know that 'feel it' 'highlander' mix didn't work out like i had hoped but i think that for the rest the mistakes are really minimal, i actually mix drum and bass for only 4 months (mixed hip hop before which is a lot ruffer qua mixingg)
also to bad my needle jumped right at the drop of the last record
and what could i do to make the flow better?
anyway thanx a lot for the comments

dragged on i mean all these mixes are like 20-29 songs and plus...thats realyl steep...i guess imo the idea of a mix is to be about an hour long with about 15-18 trakcs to kind of send you on a sound journey...but um the mistakes were fine./..like i said they were minimal...and as far as flow...you change your record styles a lot...you go form a heavy stomper to calibre...very random...good to some, bad to others...i liked the mix, but it doesnt always come out the bet way when you go about it in that approach...(maybe it was intentional i dont know) but tahts about it...keep it up...

yeah i know it's pretty long but i like it this way it's just for testing myself cause when u have to play live u aren't gonna play for only 1 hour and u have to be able to play more than 15 tracks so it's maybe just for testing how long i can stay focused to mix decent
and yeah i try to bring some diverstity cause i don't like the fact when u listen to a mix (when u don't know the records that are played) and al the tracks are in the same style it get kinda boring cause u have the feeling that u are listening to the same track for a whole mix
but i will pay attention to it in the future
anyway your comments were very helpfull, much appreciated,
i am gonna check out your mix in a few days when i'm on my own computer

the only time that ive played for more than an hour was when i hosted my own show, and i hadt o play for 4 hours strait(talk about getting tired)...but deff understand that.. the deversitiy is good...BUT to go from a chilled out session to instantly back to the other is kinda liek WOA if you know what i mean...and especially if there are some dnb heads rolling or tripping(there are so manY) it might freak them out lol...but also 50% of DJ'ing is reading the crowd so i guess it all depends...later man...
keep rinsin...

haha i know what u mean, but this is if i should have to play at a party i wouldn't build the set like this, this was more for just listening (and it's also because i'm only dj'ing for 4 month's so i don't have so many records yet to pick my mixes from )
i'll post another one soon (but first gonna buy some more records lol)

yea i deff knwo how that is...i just spent 355$ on new ones for me, and im already sick of em...vinyl is so expensive...especially if you live in america and you order from www.kaizenrecords.com the US economy blows and our dollar has depreciated almost double...it now almost cost me 15$ to buy a record from the UK...thats pretty crappy...but yea...check out people like kryptic minds and leon switch...ram trilogy has always put out good stuff...movingshadow has a really good new LP...keep your eyes peeled...
