Hey everyone. Back into a new track, this time under my Jungle Snipa alias. Decided this time I wanted to keep it loud and distorted with a nice smashing bassline. I'm not looking for votes on this as I think it would be pointless with it being completely unstructured and not done. I was looking to get feedback more on the idea itself if you guys like it or not. Either way, i'll be finishing it, just need to see if it's hitting right. Intro is messed up and I'm planning to have a bigger drop. Got a lot more plans for some leads and what not. Just very basic idea.

Track is P E R F E C T if you EQ/Master it properly and turn the dirt down just a little (to avoid clipping). Intro is good, bass is a full dirt dancefloor smasher!

thanks bd and proximity. just really started toying with this idea so it's all over the place just yet, but i guess it's at least headed in the right direction. i'm really glad you're feelin' it, cuz it's a little off course from the last two tracks i did, but something about ti was just feeling right to me. still got plenty more time to work on it so it may end up being quite different in the end.

the vocals are me...yes. Smile

i've actually been doing most of the vocal work for this and the last two tracks i did. just been really in this mood lately to try out some new things with my voice. of course, it would be nice to hear someone other than me all the time on my tracks. Tongue

oh, by the way, i'll go casino with you, with the agreement you share winnings. Tongue

thanks for the feedback so far, and i'll work on taking some dirt off top a bit. it's really being a pain i nthe ass to get that sound i'm trying to get without ruining the track.

DUTTY DROP and break..

Could maybe do with more percussion- a scraper or something, maybe a wood block to help counter the bass and the claustrophobic lead line?

Intro is cool not to sure bout those high pitched sounds though dont really suit the choon bit to happy (just my opinion) drops cool nice and heavy. Drums sound a bit muffled. Nice analog sounding bass.

I really like the sounds in the intro. The percussion is very nice and flows well, the fX synth is alright, maybe it could be developed a little more. Like the distortion on the vocals. The vocals are a little cheesy in the second part of the vocals, maybe find a way to add different fx on them to disguised them a little more. The drop has a lot of impact and gets me excited. I really like the nasty and dirty bass stabs. The drumz flow well and have good sounds. The structure is not bad, I can imagine the track once completed. Keep at it brutha.

thanks everyone for the feedback so far. i'm really wishing i hadn't pushed that clip out as it was really premature. i've decided to put up one last little clip of where it's headed though i cut out most of the intro and faded out a minute or so into it, just to kinda throw the idea out there of what i'm doing with it.

i changed tempo slightly, give the bass a little more time to sink in, and reworked some eq'ing and whatnot. for anyone who desn't mind soundcloud, here's the link to the track. this will be the last clip before i drop the final version, which i'll upload here. just this track is moving a little slower than my last two for some reason, so i'm trying to keep it going so i don't crap out on it now. i'd hate to kill all this work.

Other than the intro build, I love it. Its very spinnable and would be a good one to get people moving. Id like to see some more progression in the track tho. Bring back that oldschool hardstep feel with something changing every eight to sixteen bars.
