Was listening to a lot of 90's DnB this passed month. Found it very relaxing and helped out with my stress from moving into a new apartment.
I used a free vocal I found online which made the tune sound a lot better. Hope you guys like it.

this one is a bit too "soft" for my taste and i don't like the vocal that much..but "De gustibus non est disputandum"
however production quality is really good, everything sits right in the mix, all elements sound good and clean, nice drum samples and fills..
the pads or strings that come in at 1:10 are a bit trash..reminds me of '80s chinatown ambiented kung fu movie
anyway good job!

intro: beats are very dry.. synth is ok..
woah PHATness.... shame the keys dont fade...
love the B line
Simple, but sweet.
Vocal works ok.
'Scraper' percussion is a nice additon
synth @ 1;10 works really well
vox and beats kick in well.. verb on vox is good.
percussion in breakdown sounds very good- just right in the mix for me.
Keys are repetitive- but not annoying..
Maybe repeat the vocal less overall?
Do a bit of vox for the intro, the breakdown and the last phrase?
wood block is V COOL!
Really enjoyed this dude- my fave of yours so far!
One thing I think you should look at improving:
I think the beats need a little work to make less them less dry.. the attack/sustain on them seems too agressive to me..
They work ok when they all the elements doing their thing- but- when its the drums on their own they really don't hold up.
Has massive potential!

Nice intro, nice clear beats, nice atmoz,high hats may be litte mor upfront, love the acoustic bass youve rolling, really love the style man.

nice one amptek. not quite what i was expecting by the title, but it's got a good vibe to it. when i saw 'get up', i thought for sure this track was gonna drop bombs.
intro beats are nice, a little odd with that shuffle though, but the beats kinda remind me of some old rnb i used to listen to in the 90's. maybe my ears are deceiving me a bit, but seems that intro beat volume is way louder than the drum n' bass beat. it was obvious once it changed over.
synths are a nice touch, just not real sure they fit so well with this. it's like i'm thinking they do, but something says they don't. just can't exactly explain why. vocals ain't that bad. might not be everyones cup of tea, but they fit pretty nice for the overall feel of the track.
ending kinda felt a little too abrupt. i could hear you were trying to work an outro, like everything was going even more mellow, but then it just dead stopped. just kinda took me by suprise cuz i was actually typing this while i had it playing in another window.
all in all, it's got some minor things that could be fixed, but sounds good aside from that.

I used to listen to Bukem when I was a kid but I did not appreciate it as much as I do now. The 90's feel helped with finding my sound and my style.
