Like the live / stand-up bass u used. great use of vocal / other sfx samples. stereo imaging is well done too. break sounds good. However the melodies in the acoustic bass sounds show potential. I reckon if you simplify the drums a bit and use the more complex rhythms for fills (every 16 bars or 32 bars etc) you may get some better results. I've definitely heard worse first tracks though!
