Hey Noisebound,
First off, welcome to .be 
Your tune stood out first of all, sounded like you know what you are doing structure wise, melody, and drums.
OF course, being your first track the mixdown has its downside but in time you will get it. I don't even have mine down yet but we all start somewhere. Overall, I think you have the skills to create some awesome tunes my friend. Keep up the good work!
One last thing, try registering as a producer on .be because on here other producers will be able to rate your track and give you better feedback to your sound. Give out 5 good reviews and you should be well on your way to registering as a producer on here.

sometimes here on dotbe just posting a link to your track will not get any reviews.
write 5 reviews on other peeps tracks n register as a producer(as amptek has just mentioned) and your ready to roll m8e.
