the intro creates nice ambience though i find the white noise a bit static..the reversed samples are great!
i do really like the drums...make me bang my head, but i not a big fan of the mid bass although it's sounding really tight!
cheers

Don't like all the panning stuff in the intro. On headphones it makes me feel uncomfortable...
Too long vocals, do something with them, they sound like some old guy reading the news, not very exciting.
Mixdown is missing hi-end.
Structure jumps around normally you do it like this: intro, build tension, drop, breakdown, second drop, outtro and that's it. Once you are good at it you can try different stuff, but for now stick to the paved roads.

Totally agree with battledrone about the intro and the overused panning. Stereo field manipulations can be very effective and you should keep some in order to sustain your filmic intro. Cut down on the rotation though. Pan one element left, one centred and another one right. After you got something static, which sounds good in stereo and has a certain symmetry, the brain can focus on that and you can add a few rotations (on smaller elements like percussions) that won’t make anyone on headphones go crazy.
The structure was confusing, especially as you used two totally different breaks. I’d stick to one, preferably the second as it has more highs and sounds cleaner. The first drum loop is very squashed and muddy. Not sure if it’s the break itself but I guess it’s also fighting with the background noises (can be solved with eq).
The deep sub bass notes (starting 1:33) are way too loud and drowning everything else. Especially the kick can’t cut trough no longer. After you adjusted the volume, you can try either with precise eq or side chain compression. Sometimes, if you can’t get your kick and bass to harmonize, it’s also a useful thing to route both on the same channel and apply compression.
Work the transition at 1:54 and make it smoother. You may not fade out the drums but end the section with a big splash or hall kick, leave a little space and then introduce the vocal sample.
To make the vocal sample more attractive and interesting you could use a combination of eq and automated bitcrush so that it sounds coming out of an old radio.
Keep working.

NICE JOB MAN, I ONLY HEARD IT THREW MY INTERNAL SPKR BUT IT SOUNDS GOOD...THE ONLY ADVICE I COULD GIVE WHICH IS TOTALLY TO OPINION IS THE SENTENCE SAMPLE THAT ENDS IN 51. I WANTED TO HEAR THE ONE SAMPLE DELAYED TO THE DROP. AS IN BLAH BLAH BLAH 51 , 1, 1 , 1, 1, 1, 1, DROP BOOOOM!
