Vocoder

Put simply- Stick your chords in one channel. Stick your vocals into another channel. Pass them both through the vocoder. In FL if I can remember correctly you put pan on your Vocals channel to the left and pan on the chords channel to the right so the vocoder knows which is which and bob's your uncle.

Might not be like this on other software though.
