Quite fast, no?
A lot of kicks, sounds a bit like 4-4 
Snares are quite nice.
Dark atmosphere (=always good)
Drop after the break: same as before -> you should have something extra here.
Good basis for a track, but needs lots of work.

Actually this is no a dnb track, closer to something
experimental. More variations to your drums and it
will be a great aphex twin style record. 
Can't rate it becouse it's not dnb. (my feeling)

Hmf this is a quickie, just some samples slapped together and see what you can sequence out of it in 20 minutes.
But I guess you're not entirely satisfied yourself since you think yourself that it sucks
