How do i make a sound, like this. It's like a synth, but it doesn't trigger

I don't understand what you mean with "it doesn't trigger".
Did it start to play of it's own?
Which sound do you mean? The pitching sound or the lead plingplingpling sound (which doesn't start at 1:15)?

if there is a sound, and its sound 'BLEEP', and you make a pattern wich goes 'BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP'
Those bleeps are all a different note, but the same synth.
how do you make it , 'BLEEEEEEEEEEEEP'
