nice and atmospheric there doesn't appear to be any bass in here piano is a nice touch some good work i do have to agree with battle d on this tho it isnt really drum n bassy just more drummy add some bass and see wot's goin on
I like it alot, only problems i have with it is that the drums need be fatter/punchier, and maybe some atmospherical reverby clashing in the background would sound good
I think the track has a lot of strong points, you obviously have a grasp of harmony. The piano melody is engaging and sits well in the mix. The bass drum is clear and helps drive the track.
The track is quite rigid and would benefit from some movement. For example using an LFO or type of modulation on the main synth, or maybe just on the drop. I think the snare would sound better if the pitch was varied every other hit so it doesn't become monotonous and I also feel the breakdown (with the half time drum beat) could be shortened or pads and white noise could be used to build up the drop creating more atmosphere.
That aside, the mix is organized and the musicality is there, giving you a strong base to build on.
good feel and vibe on this one just some things really need to be worked on if you are just starting its a great start very good start the low end of the tune sounds clutter and you should eq some space in to in by trimming some pads and synths and ext every thing below id say 80 to 130 depending on preference should only be subbass then you will be able to work with the pads and ect a bit more clear and remember eqing etch sound rite is important so research eq scales and keep producing your ideas sound very nice and will make for some great tune for you as you progress
