This tbh.
It depends on the quality of your samples and so many more things, not the DAW.
I believe I read a thread on this forum somewhere with a decent discussion about this, not sure where it is though.

To get decent sound quality use anything but fl studio, perhaps try ejay instead.

As long as there are no pan law variables or plugins involved, the summing process of each DAW should deliver the same result which after null testing is no longer audible.
Additional plugins you use (fx and soft synth), samples and of course your personal skill and ears make the difference.
Therefore, the question for sound quality is senseless. You could ask people for what reasons they prefer one daw and dislike another or something.

this what-you-like-and-dislike has already been posted and discussed.
how bout the quality of the sound processors within the daw?
imo reason is still far from those top quality compressors and limiters like those made by waves. i think even cubase is superior.

Saying your discussion is not intended to be about personal preferences but at the same time stating your personal judgement on something which is not related to any technical knowledge whatsoever seems contradictory, no?
Cubase plugins are superior to the ones by wave… because you get better results with them? Better workflow? Better “sound quality”? - And that aint highly subjective or about what you like/dislike?
Sorry but I don’t really get what you want people to answer here apart from their personal experiences and preferences. The alternative would be a technical/ scientific approach, though I see none of that in your post.

these arguments are pointless! if theres any diffrence in quality its not noticeable and theres far 2 many variables for it to matter even the slightest when makin a tune.

Nonsense. It's common knowledge that ejay's flux capacitor is far superior to the one found in fruity loops.
Plus ejay has volume knobs that go up to 11 so it's louder as well.

It's not which DAW you use it's how you use it,I use logic and the sound quality is great but I've used a few DAWs and there all pretty good, and at the end of the day it's the quality of the samples you use and the sounds from vsts and the arrangement that denotes sound quality, it's the old adidge that you "can't polish a turd"

OctaMed soundstudio playing 12/8bit samples on an Amiga 500+ is by far the best. If you don't agree go fuck yourself!
Mine is the best because I know how to use it and yours is shit coz I don't know how to use it.
There we go, saves all the bullshit and time wasting.

Oh, I see. Well, then, I guess you never heard of FL's inbuilt auto-parallel artefact-trimming compressor option. And the infamous SPOR button.
That goes way beyond what ProTools and eJay can do right now. Cutting edge, lighting-fast. Synergistic.
