Please check out my new track 'Love Me' and post your comments here!
A new track incomplete unfortunately. Hopefully i'll get some useful feedback from you guys. I'm just not happy with it atm, vocals will be coming soon so im sure that would compliment the track a lot better, and mastering goes without saying but theres something else missing i just can't quite figure out what it is. Anyway, hope you enjoy and please review.
Beautiful intro!! This is a real Liquid heaven track! I absolutely love it before the drums come in.
Your entire track rocks but your drum section really needs a LOT of work.
for the rest: big up for your synths and piano's mate.
Try to make things interesting for the entire song too. It's cool that you put in variation but it still gets sort of boring after a while
nice piano man. though it sounds kinda dry. put a reverb on it. oh i recongize reason's bank sounds
. the kick is too boomy. use a freq analyser or pitch shift it higher. you already got a sub bass there no need for a low kick. the sub is nice and very present. i like that. the vibe is chill, and those pads are great. i would love to listen to your tune while i'm headin' down to the beach. good work mate!
I'm a sucker for a piano line, this comes in really nice and doesnt dissapoint. Very much a windows down, volume up on a sunday track. Toe tapper thats for sure. If you've got more tunes on this vibe i'd like to hear them. Tried to write some tunes on the mellow side of the track but cant help but get a bit carried away! Great job
cheers guys i'll definitely take your points into consideration and post the new version as soon as possible! btw im trying to decide between a full sung vocal part i.e. verse chorus verse etc. or just using a recorded sample on certain sections...let me knw what you think. Respect to all.
well if you got option do a full vocal track. although it's a lot harder to make vocal fit in the track the result could be awesome.
oh and btw that piano stuck in my mind.
Kick is too low, use a different one. 1 hihat hit is panned to the right side (a bit of panning is ok, but this is way too much). Snare has too much reverb on it.
Like the overall vibe of the tune.
Mixdown is a bit muffled though.
If you pitch the whole tune up a bit I'm sure it will sound much more liquid and happy.
Good piano work.

Well I think the tune is right on if you want to ad anything I guess vocals or another version of this track with vocals but really its great. It would be a pleasure to spin this in clubs.
Like the keys at the start, did you compose that yourself or use a sample? From a production stand point the keys needs to be eq'ed in the higher frequencies and as was mentioned a touch of reverb would help.
There are some ducking issues on the drop with the kick, maybe double check your compressor settings are adequate. A interesting idea would be to cut the piano melody up into two or three sections and eq them separately on different channels to emphasize certain parts...?
The second drop at 3.14 doesn't sound as classy as the initial piano part. Could be worth looking at that section again.
Overall I think the foundations are their just need to expand on your ideas! Break sounds tight btw
track starts out nicely with that piano but seems to lose momentum after 1.40 or so. maybe needs more variation in the drums to keep interest? the breakdown is pretty atmospheric and rolls back in nicely but again loses momentum about 4.30
Your intro got me man... anything with pianos and a light synth to back it up always gets me in the groove. Your intro drop was sick! It got straight to the point which made my head jack up n down.
Such a chill track which definitely sets the mood for that liquid feel. Good ear candy i hear mid way through about 2:00 - 2:30+ very soothing solo and trippy build up.
The only thing I can say is to maybe fix the build up a bit more before it gets to the 2nd drop. Maybe add more bass to that part? But then again it's you tune and you are the producer who made it the track for a reason and purpose.
Overall I enjoyed it as well as my friends who are listening with me. That outro was ill too.
