mean like how to make a bassline, like notes?
if so:
if you have got a melodie, fuck around with notes used there, try a diffrent pattern though, so not copy the melodie.
also fuck around with 2 octaves, sounds nice especially in neurofunk this is used alot.

if you havent got a melodie yet, just try and find some nice sounding notes
and try adding more notes,
so start with a simpel melodie than add othernotes.

hope this helped a bit, but you gotta explain a bit more what you mean

basslines are grove things,
just play notes till happy with the "groovyness",
if you havent got a midi keyboard then use abletons pc keyboard,
A through to L are white notes,
Q to P black notes,
Z drops an octave,
X raises an octave.
(dont forget to hit the "arm track"(red button) to hear what your playing
if your using vsts or midi)
when you got a basic "groove" going on add different notes to get variations.
we could go on about chords this and chords that,
but in the mean time just keep it simple m8.
