I think those evolving intro pads are great, a really nice feel overall happening. The kik is too much overall, turn it down in volume. I think it does not have to be that "in your face" for a track like this. This track is really nice mate, some lovely synth work going on and structurally really working well, nice and deep. The only thing for me is the kik, too prominant in a track that otherwise is really, really good.
This tune would really benefit from some properly applied multiband compression to let it sound like one product. This would also compensate any other issues I hear, like the slight lack of warmth, the kick and sub which could more complement one another and the snare which is slightly too dominant (in case you need some advanced advice here let me know).
I like what you’ve done and apart from some slight mixing/mastering critique I see nothing that needs to be changed or enhanced.
very very very very nice. if anything id say id mix the pads a bit lower but just opinion, it makes it nice and airy anyway im guessing you wanted that effect. nice filtered noise perc thing after the bass drop, and the bleepy synths also. the breakdown/buildup is a bit too much the same thing for too long i think, i lost a bit of interest, not that it matters if youre mixing anyway tho, and it drops back in nicely anyway. 5:18 - fuck yeah dude love that shit absolutely 100% on the money.

I love your pads mate! always gives your songs a floaty feeling.
The only thing i'd change, is maybe give the bass that comes in around 1:17 a slightly longer release.

Love this tune, its got a really nice laid back feel to it man.The kick is tight and punchy and has got a nice tone to it,snare also is solid. The track stays interesting and cuts into the Break really nicely,like the clock pulse thing in the break to keep it going,nice touch.Nice Bass not just a sine tho something else in there giving it a bit of bite on the front end,pads and fx all good. Really well put together mate well done!!!
Superb tune, sounds like you've spent some time getting this right and congrats on that. I like the intro, just pulls you in and has a nice warm vibe to it. Really smooth base too, i could easily stick this track on and kick back after a hard day in the office. Just what you need to relax. Hope you intend to do some more like this, i'd buy it thats for sure. Can i ask what you used to make it?? I only use reason 4 at the moment but looking to spend some cash over the next few months and sort out a new setup. Keep dropping these on b.e. i'll be keeping an eye out. Thanks
