The very standard standard reggae standard dnb standard bootleg standard remix bass.

sounds to me like a saw lowered 12 semi tones band passed cut bout 25% on or quarter of the way up touch of attack maximum decay sustain bout half way no release no resonance envelope just over half way sorry if this has been a bit vague if your a fl user i would strongly suggest using wasp i could av a go at doin a preset if there is the option too anyway hope i have helped in some minor way
