Its been a while since I posted my first tune. I've been struggling to finish tunes last couple of months Frown . This is the first one i actually 'finished'.
this tune is inspired by the current trend 'drumstep' and I'd really apreciate any feedback on this one. Enjoy Smile .

I must say that full on jump has never been my thing, but this track does do it for me, some great samples, layed out really well, love the variation of bass, sweeeeet!!! Overall a cracker of a tune, nice one.

OMFG what has gotten into you?
Teeth
Sick.
Some little improvements you could make.
Make the non-sub part of the bass a little stereo, don't force it to be stereo, it should be stereo on it's own, just don't force it to be mono.
The hihat in the intro sounds a bit cheap and drummachine like(the 4/4 hits) try to use a more natural hihat sound.
In the intro there's also a lot of hi-mids noise going on from various sources and it all adds up (29-35 seconds far in the intro). You might want to tame that a bit because it's harsh on the ears and when dropping this tune on a party setup it would damage peoples ears.
Big phat tunage mate.

fuck, some nasty bassness going on here. not my thing at all, but can appreciate whats going on.

Love the synths in the intro, nasty. Nice pads too. The drums dont seem to sound as crisp as they could, they sound a little muffled and need some extra clarity. I'd replace the crash cymbal you've used, it sounds horrible. Bass sounds are ok, the occasional wobble is good to break it up. I Personally think it needs more work overall, on the mix, the drum sounds, and some more effects. Keep at it mate, bloody good go.

Thx for all the replies, they are all truly appreciated Smile . Cheers Beer !

@ Batteldrone
Thx for the tips mate. I tried to create some more stereo width but I was having some phasing problems so I went all mono. But I'll give it another shot Wink . Will definetly work on the other things you mentioned. Thanks a lot.

@ goonybag
I agree with you on the drums, I threw in a waveshaper on my drum bus and It kinda raped lots of my high end. And crash is horrible indeed Big Grin . Will put some more work in it.

i'm not that much into jump up but this is really good for a jump up song! some of your wobbles are a bit over compressed or EQd or filtered. Try to make it pass some lower frequencies.

you should boost your drums a bit too. they're tooq uiet

drumstep?! wtf

Normally not a big fan of these tracks, but this one rips like fucking hell. Nice bass modulation you got going on here, sounds very powerful even on headphones!
Only thing is i can't hear your kick really. The 'doof' snare is pure ownage. Also, pump your hats up a bit.
Nice track dude, want to hear more of this.

F**king dirty smelly fat heavy weight monster.

Just needs the vocal turning down loads, its become detached from the rest of the track.
