Just a quick question about splitting stereo tracks into two separate left and right tracks - what programs can do this? is it possible in Reason?

Assuming it's a stereo sample, just run the two lead from the sampler to two separate tracks in the mixer. Then just pan each track left and right or what ever you after. Pretty simple really Big Grin Huh

EDIT: Thats with Reason, I assume it would be pretty much the same with any program

I made an example of how you can route pretty much anything to stereo.

i find cool edit pro good for tweaking samples and loads the sample into two channels so you can edit each one accordingly... im sure theres better editors out there, but i found it pretty simple to use, good for cleaning up movie samples and editing them
