i have a roland mc-303 in my small bedroom studio but i dont understand how the thing works, i have the manual but i still dont understand.
could anyone give some help?

They are a pain.
But you need to read the manual.
You don't seriously expect anyone to explain a machine this complex to you in a single forum posting or? Big Grin

Those kind of machines have the most functions / button or knob I believe. So it's pointless asking, if you buy such a thing, be prepared to suffer before it becomes fun :p

how are you getting on with your 303? I got one in the 90's cost me £600 and hated it lol chopped it in for a bass station rack n a boss drum machine.

okay how do you make a pattern on the roland, my german isnt that good, so.
can anyone explain it in english/dutch

How can you be sure everything works fine when you are asking very basic things like how to make a pattern?
BTW, it's all in a step-by-step way in the manual.
