i don't know very well, i know in Hasselt there are some hardware stores near 't stadhuis, or elsewise you could order it online at www.planet-dj.com or www.orbit-dj.be

Try Amptec (Grote Ring Hasselt - opposite the OMOB & CM buildings) or EML (Genkersteenweg).
Or you could try the music shops in Hasselt, such as J&R, Music Market, Jacky Claes, ...) or perhaps the DJ shop near 't Schaap...
Or in the worst case grab a phone book and start calling
