ez there man, sweet eastern vibes on this one really like it
the congas and guitar work really well with the flute to give that eerie intro. nice work on the wobble basses too
Al qaeda step
Melodies & structure are spot on.
Mixdown could improve. Needs mastering in deed, the basses and drums sound a bit weak and centered.
Good to see you back man!

Never heard of Takura, but Akura is also very similar to Acura (a car manufacturer) but has nothing to do with either. He's been using that name for almost 10 years now, so don't expect him to change

ez ! well produced.
(is that you that produced big titties?)
your track really sounds arab in the intro but not the b-line, i know it wasn't the goal of your tune, but have you tried to do an arab b-line ? that could be great no ? what have done akura one the track ? did he/she sing or produced as well as you?

My only problems with this would be 1. it isnt very DJ friendly on the intro, think the tune needs mixing down little more as some of the synths are bit too loud for the track and drown the beats out.

Mmm singing is not my branche
I like North African styles and made some DnB (another collab.) in the past. Although Surya works fast (more correct, I work fairly slow on a track
) we made it a real collaboration with input from both sides. Thx Surya, gives a good feeling to produce something again

Maybe, but I still wanted it to be a track that is recognizable as dubstep. If even the bassline is original traditional stuff, would it still be dubstep?

We both worked on the beats, Akura contributed most of the ethnic sounds, I did most of the basslines, the structure was something we really did together... but in the end we both contributed to every aspect of the track, tweaking each others sounds and edits. True collaboration. It's a time consuming method, but I enjoyed working this way, which is why we will continue to do so
Glad you guys like it!

Love the intro, it has a wicked vibe. The instrumentation in it is sweet and all work really well together. The drop is cool but I think it needs a bit refining maybe mixdown-wise. Distorted vocals work nicely too!
