a VIP is pretty much a remix that's usually not meant to be signed to a label...for instance, Dieselboy gets alot of 'vip' remixes to put on his mix cd's---that means that his cd's are the only places to find these tunes...alot of times a vip mix will be a remix done by a friend or by the original producer to give to a certain select few people (as in the Tech Itch 'Soldiers' VIP---)...
