Do guys like Netsky, Brooks brothers, etc. buy the copyrights of the acapellas they use from record companys or how dose it work?

I don't know about that, every example is different of course.
If you worry about copyrights while sampling, ask yourself the following things:
- Is the sample a prominent part of my song / the original?
- Has it been taken over without modification?
- Does it play the same role in my song as it does in the original?
- If you hear the sample in your tune, would you immediately link the sample to the original tune?
Everyone knows what the answer should be on these questions to be sure of no problems arising. However, there is also such thing as "fair use" in non-commercial music. Also, you can in my opinion go ahead and rip entire songs of Timbaland if you feel like it. What an asshole :p

Contact the label if you think you will be releasing it. I tried getting lyric from one label and they were very helpfull . Only thing was, when they went to retieve the samples, they had lost the DAT tapes, so I couldn't get the vocals 
I know someone who did a remix of a Moving Shadow track. They wanted 50% royalties. They consider yourself making a name of there tracks, so thats why they claim so much.
I'm sure most small label will be interested and help, provided they havn't lost the masters

Don't be so touchy, the way I read it Crispy Liquids was inferring Timbaland was an asshole. Maybe I am wrong....this site has a tongue in cheek kind of attitude so I'm sure no offense was intended.
