At first I wasn't sure, but I started to get into it. I like the bass and the drums. Keys are sweet too. I wish I could knew how to make melodies like that.

it`s really really easy to make those kinda melodies.....

all you do is start in a certain scale...then fill a bar with 4 whole notes....basically one note per beat and hold it till the next note/beat...filling the bar....now cut the notes down to 1/16 notes or whatever...

if you use reason there is a change events option which allows you to do this really easy...as long as all the melodies stay in the same scale they almost always blend together.....if ur still confused i`ll show you a picture...glad ya like that stuff tho.....

Melodies are nice indeed, but maybe a bit too happy sounding for a DnB track (maybe that's just my personal taste).
What I would like to comment on the most is the sound:
- Appart from the sub everything that sould have bass lacks in the low-end, especially the kick sould have a bit more body.
- Appart from the ride almost everything lacks hi-end, especially your drums. The whole track sounds like 64kbps MP3, and it shouldn't.

Really work on this, it's very important to have the whole frequencyrange covered with your track. It will make your song soo much better, even without changing the song itself.

most definite that i need to work on mastering.....

so what you`re saying is....increase the low and high on all channels....???

on a parametric eq which frequencies would you boost most? or does this solely depend on the sound playing in the channel?
