good sounds, nice flow, really gets me in a chillout mood!
Especially the part starting at 3.45 is really cool.
As for the mixdown, the kick is a bit liud maybe (can be pc speakers too), but for the rest you shouldn't change much i guess.
ps there's a strange thing going on: you have a huge negative dc-offset in some parts of the track! You can fix this easily in a sound-editor, but you might want to check where the problem comes from (some bad sample?)

Indeed, see that negative offset too... I think it's those soft flute-like strings...
It's not the kick that is too loud, it's just fine. It just sounds like that a bit coz it's in sync with the bassline.

I think this is a pretty good tune. All the lounge sounding instruments give it a realy cool vibe. It also keeps plenty of melodious elements going without ever realy falling back on ambient noise or filler. Mixing seems pretty well done also. Good work.
