So... it's been a very long time since I posted rounddd these placess so I figured I'd come back with a new tune clip and some news. I recently finished my track "March of the Mutilated" (Untitled on .be) and it has been: -Mastered by Mark "Tech Itch" Caro himself -Signed to Gasm Recordings by D Star and last but not least .. -Slated to be released as the A-Side while the B-Side will be.. A remix of my track by none other than Dylan. (: So it looks like things are going well for me and I'm glad my production skills have gotten better over time, but you can be the judge of that by listening to this track.. I started this roller last week and intend to work on it this Sunday. - By the way, I know i haven't done much reviews, but I promise I will do at least one review per day / 2 days. That bass is a bit too dirty for my taste but I guess that's just a question of taste and not something that needs improvement. It drives. Needs some improvements like brakes(bridges) are missing. Could be a bit more dinamically improved in a matter of arrangement. The mastering point is good. I like that bass pattern. The stereo field sounds a little empty and messy in places but im guessing your no where near that stage of making this track yet. There is a lot of potential in this track without question, I would definatly buy this track when its finished. The structure can use some work, maybe try to create a theme or add some pads or synths or vocals or FX for the intro. Like some of the drum edits. Snare can use a little touch less reverb. Cheers.
