WHOA!!!!! Psychedelic dnb!!! Shocked

I LOVE this shit!! Massive tune!!!!! Banana Rinse

Been waiting for ages til someone made a track like this, I always figured that dnb and psytrance influences would go extremely well together and this just proves it big time Bigup

The intro is excellent, reminds me of my FSOL / The Orb ambient days. Buildup in the beginning is very good, really catchy and well executed.

The saw synth lead line just has the most gorgeous melody ever, really love those psy melodies. Very cool variations too!!

Mixwise it's a bit bass heavy - lower the sub bass, but the overall mix is very good, all elements are carefully placed, all volumes are fine.

The fast breaks (first time 2:21) should be reworked, the flow is not perfect here, the kick and snare seem to be a bit off tempo.

In the end it's a kick ass track, been playing it for over an hour now at full volume and am jumping around!!! Wheee Big Grin

Was reading thechronic's review, and I was wondering what he meant by "psychedelic" DnB. Was thingking, Goa meets DnB?
Then I heard the intro, and was like: "Oh yeah, offcourse" Big Grin
Great intro, nice how you bring the bassline in. Drop is fiiine. Not many people on this board get the amen to sound as good as you do, great work! Great editing on that amen too!
Totally bad and dark tune!

I only checked the remastered version, this is heavy. I'm not a fan of the acid-like bass, but the drums definetely do it for me.

Reese at 4:00 is really nice, filtered nicely.
I hoped that the reese would go on, without the acid Big Grin Not really a fan of the trancy melody..

Overall : Very well produced!

to be honest, writing of the track took about 5-6 hours, and mastering took about a day or two Smile
