Quick guess: Octave settings in FL?
In what way does it sound different? Distorted, different pitch, different loudness?

Have you added any additional data when in the piano roll? Like changing the vol on some notes or maybe a filter automation? Because when you play from your comp keyboard the vol value is max as when you enter a note in piano roll. Never heard of this prob before, have you tried replacing massive with another synth, i.e. right click massive in pattern1 and select replace? So that the new synth will play the same notes?

Maybe find a setting in Massive which says 'sync with global/project tempo'? Something similar happens with, for example, Sytrus, when global sync is turned off.

Cheers for all your responses, unfortuntly none of you told me anything i didnt already know! so i havnt got a clue what is or was wrong with it, i reinstalled fl studio and it worked fine even thoue nothing was different in the audio or midi settings!... Cheers guys very thorough, the only other option was to reinstall otherwise it would of been hardware failure!...

In fact, I think the problem was to be found in your FL Studio Midi settings;
there's a velocity and release curve there; some synths tend to sound quite different when getting 100% velocity input instead of 78% (probably this is the default as everything in fl studio :p)
So me for example, because my keyboard doesn't really catch the entire spectrum of velocities, i've changed the curve so it's quicker in the higher areas. This works perfect for my keyboard, but my pc keyboard now always plays at 100%, while piano roll defaults at 78% (i guess) and most notes then are of course at 78% or lower.
