you should listen to Calyx & Teebee, they do those sorta sounds http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rxGzPt7tLk4&feature=related
I would like to know that as well ... I'll have a guess though -
Fine tune two oscillators (or more), deffo add distortion, maybe have some filter rise
Perhaps try setting the filter type to Bandpass and automate it very quickly whilst the synth is playing ... well that's my guess; I'll explain some of the stuff to you if you want
Anywayz, how are you doing? I haven't seen you shake your shark recently (haha that sounds rude)
frequency split a reece bass line in to high mids and lows, band pass filter automation, distrotion, phase etc.......................... resample resample resample resample resamplw,........... etc.

It's a SPOR remix, so it's pretty easy to get that sound.
As we all learned from this thread SPOR uses FL Studio.
The 3xOsc plugin has a special function to distort basslines in an awesome way. Check the button on the picture, underneath it says SPOR... need I say more.
FL studio is for winners.

can you imagine what it would be like if image-line would create a Mind Reader - fanatsy bass creator plugin? no strings attached you would be makin total insanity on the spot. once your brain would be connected to the mind reader plugin in FL you would create 4 to 10 demon tracks a day and make s
por/calyx/tibi gealous.
..well at the end you should cut from your song all the crappy porn you were th inkin about when you were mind drifting/composing.

Knob, you biatch.
Is a simple misconception like that really worth being noted? Anyway. When they say frequency split and bandpass filter+automate, do they mean bandpass each individual split frequency channel, or just one bandpass on the master? Or is it just anything goes?
