Please check out my new track 'Twilight Glamour' and post your comments here!

MW 2 sucks.

Been working on this track for a few hours and I like it, but something doesn't feel right.

Cheers

Hello Matey! =D
REALLY nice track you got here!
Loving the ambience and intro-lead on this one!

Drums are proper yummy from this angel, although not listening to this through the best speakers in the world =/ LOL.
Like the leads and stuff, but i recon you should put some more mid and high ends to the bass.

Awesome mastering.
i think its missing that extra FX. try to add some reversed cymbals, bloops, squeels and pitch bends that ARENT OBVIOUS but it will keep the vibes of this track sustained.
Great job dude, Keep it up!

Ez mate,

Haha why does MW2 suck?

Anyways, the ambience is spot on. I think you have very nice material here, but the track has too much ambience and atmosphere - could use a lead or a vocal or something, because the bass is somewhat transparent in the mix and doesn't carry the song by itself. Just hit the 3:00 marker and you do indeed have a lead in there, I like it, I think that this part of the song would benefit with less ambience - you know that FX stab you have running under the lead? I think it would be better without it. Infact it may not even belong in the main sections outside of the intro/bridge, but I'd have to hear it without it to make a more informed decision. Maybe incorporate a thicker/more melodious bass sound, or work on the hooks a bit? I think the pad/FX playing throughout the whole song hurts the structure really.

I like the drums a lot though, definitely keep at it - you have a diamond in the rough right here.

Turn down the reverb a tad. The pad like instrument tends to go off tone a bit near its end, that's probably the thing that doesn't feel right.
The lead is not my kind of sound (taste).

DON'T LIKE THE FADE IN ON THE DRUMS WOULD START BETTER WITH JUST HIGH HATS. I THINK THE WIERD SOUNDS ARE A LITTLE RANDOMNIZED AND WOULD SOUND BETTER A LITTLE MORE STRUCTURED AND PRESENT. THE DRUMS ARE A LITTLE WEAK AND UN EVENTFUL NOT ENOUGTH IMPACT. LOVE THE TRANCY SECTION. I THINK THE FIRST BUILD UP IS NOT NEEDED THE FIRST BREAK SHOULD BE THE SECOND BREAK IF THAT MAKES SENSE. THE HATS ARE A BIT SCATTERY FOR MY LIKING.

Needss alil more in the beginning to pull you in, otherwise awesome. Drums really punch, and great hats too. I feel like it needs a grinding reese though

Great synth leads and good drum loops. Liked it, but I felt it needed maybe some more 'tension'. Power is what its missing friend. The drop is squelched by the generic beginning. not that i could do any better...

keep it up man
