I find it hard to see how this can become a dubstep track, its more like an intro to a dnb track. LFO on the hoover at start is way too deep. The beat is a bit experimental, and acceptable. Tough you may want to remove the clicking percussion sound that accompanies the bassdrum. I need to hear more. Where are the atmosphere sounds? Where are the strings? Although you know what would be cool? If you layered a snare on top of the snare you got with a bunch of ring to it. (Without overpowering the mix of course) I think it would sound badass with it on top. The bass is nice too. I know it's short, but it could use a little more ABAB structure, something that would really stick out from the theme going on the time there. Other than that, I found it to be quite refreshing and well written so far.
