HI alll, i buy monitors BEHRINGER MS40 and now i need any good sound card but no much expensive. it should support optical cabel technology for routing with my new monitors and ascio drivers for good soud processing... do you have any advices or tips???? 100dollars is my financial roof but cheaper will be better ...

EXTERNAL i have notebook only !

Check out for Terratec Phase 26. It has all that you're asking for, it is quality product (I have it) but don't follow the recent price, unfortunately.
