You shouldn't put it in a RAR-archive, that puts people off! You don't win much space (MP3 is already heavily compressed 
) - if you want to you can upload your music here, I've got plenty of space available 
But don't upload this track, it has copyrighted samples
You should watch out with that BTW, better not to use any copyrighted samples in music that you put on the internet!!
About the track:
- needs more variation, eg the fast hihat line is the same throughout the entire song
- second bassline (the rising notes) is not very good imo, use a different bassline here
- the intro is good!! nice pads 
maybe leave out the hihats in the intro?
- sounds are generally well chosen
- can't comment on the sound quality, have to listen on my laptop speakers... left my headphones at work and my amp is disconnected due to living room reorganisation activities 
- drums need variation too, it's always the same loop...
