Nice tutorial but you could probably do with setting the limiter's attack time to 0 to get rid of it's latency, it's not like you're using the limiter after all.

That's not latency, it is over which period of time the limiter goes from normal volume down to the desired new volume. Setting it to 0 would probably even increase the real latency, as it will have to kick in the very moment any limiting has to be done.
Besides that, using the compressor allows you to tweak some more interesting characteristics |
It is latency. If you hover your mouse over the plug-in you will see that it has 2ms latency, change the limiters attack to 0 it changes to 0.
When side-chaining you should disable the limiter (because you don't need it and aren't using it) by setting it's attack to 0 and it's ceiling to max.
