To be honest mate, that sounds like either a sine or a low-passed saw/square wave (for extra harmonics, more bite than just a sine) that has an LFO on it. I played around a little bit with the 3xOsc in FL and did exactly that and I got results pretty close to what I'm hearing (assuming I'm talking about the bass sound I think you're talking about), so I think starting out with that sort of sound will start you out on the right path. Try distortion and other FX.
The key for that particular bass is that it is being pitched down a semitone, which can be hard to hear behind that LFO.

try a long 808 bass drum play it hi ish and press two notes together ie next to each other.
