Jups,
i can get my hands on a second hand virus synth... But it's still quite expensive..
Anyway, i've been told that this one is a must have. More bolder statements i heard: every tune that's gonna be released by top producers would make use of this synth. So anyway, i'm still doubting...
Anyone has some experience with this one? True that you can't get a plugin to sound like this?

Not sure if you can't make anything sound like this or if EVERY pro track has it in it, but it sure sounds superb! Would have one if I had the money, that's for sure!

, although on my older pc it did work...)

It's one of the fattest sounding synths available today. I think even the new price is worth the cash, so if you can get it second hand go for it!!
If you want to keep using fruity loops you will have to record loops and import them into FL. But if you are now going hardware it's a good opportunity to change from FL to a more sophisticated program such as Cubase or Logic

Yes, like I said, you have to record it and then you can use the recorded loops in fruity.

The Virus B Rack IS a synth
If you want to compare it to the 'real' virus as opposed to the 'rack' virus it's not easy, since there have been THIRTEEN VERSIONS of this synth since it came out (!!!!!)
Check out the comparison chart here
)
BTW all the virus synths sound great!!! The first one was already mindblowing, and the most recent ones (like the Virus Indigo II) are incredible
