Hii man,

-Kick,is too snappy for me, too cliccky cut use some warmth given by a second kick layered beneath it or try too boost around 80-100hz.
-Snare needs to be fuller too, by boostin it around 300 hz, or layering like a more fat one beneath it.
-Mix needs more energy, a gated pad above it or so can cause lots of energy comin free, listen to older wobble tracks of Nero for example, he knows to gate pads the right manner you could learn a lot of him by analyzing tracks like requiem.

-All the sounds are well fittin together, but arent meltin together to get that dnb energetic vibe.

The mixdown is not muddy, but had a very synthetic feel, its very dry or flat, you could create some deepness by givin certain elements some roomy reeverb or delay, or adding a flanger on the mid and highs of the bass, never use such effects on the subpart, leave it very dry

Greetz man

thanx for that.

The snare is now much fuller.
My kick is a layer with free kicks so i replaced one of them with a real sounding kickdrum.

How can i get the sounds meltin together?
By EQ or by more sounds or what?

Tricks like sidechaining pads to the snares or just to a 4|4 drumtrack could do the thing.
The kick can ben sidechaned to the sub.

Just add your kick to a mixertrack ad a peakcontroller then add an other sound to another mixer track, load a fruity balance in the effects list
and link the volume to the peak controller
than in the peak controller you can choose the option inverted
so every time your kick kicks, the sound becomes les db and after the kick it becomes back to is normal rate.

Check benny benassi tracks to know what i mean.

drums sound very thin , to be honest drums are really all about getting really gud samples and doing minimal eqing,
symbols way too loud for my liking
track sounds a bit bare , cud do with more layers!

youve got sum interesting ideas tho, keep at it!

Put som more energy(stomp;distortion;madness, clipping) in everything, it sounds too fluffy atm.

Krank up the drums n de bass, cause it almost sounds gameboy

EQ is not bad, but too much & too dry

Structure is not bad, but could be better.

If I were you, I'd bounce the nice parts and krank them up (a crispy dist+EQ) (n maybe some extra layers here n there...) and 're-assemble' everything. (think of how your reese would sound processed after some extra filtered distortion... Wink well, like that & same for the beats)

and put a bit more 'wet' in it: reverbs, pads, strings, sustaining dynamics, cuz the mix/dynamics sounds also too dry/harsh (use send effects for example, nice 'trick' to add/control your 'wet'...)

grtz

/e: was reading my post again, and i must add this;

the snare(maybe the whole beat); process it : distortion, EQ,compression it would be nice to hear; a real "Whootash-snare-hat" with nice dynamics & fat sound (u can do it with that 808 snare, just layer&process till u got it!)

the buildup is kinda too long.. idk.. its good tho. nice job with the stock sounds. you prolly need sum little touches here and there like reverb or delay. the beat is pretty loud. the hi hats i think stand out too much. i like it tho

I like many of the ideas going on in the tune. The effects and percussion sound quite good although some of the high end could be taken out of the snare / hi-hats and effects. The kick and snare sound like stock FL8 sounds. Try to get them to sound fuller and fatter. The bassline needs to be higher in the mix, but sounds OK.

My advice is to switch from FLStudio to something more professional sounding. Even Reason (though not perfect)is much better.

In my experience, Fruityloops is only good at getting a quick idea down just to see if it works.

All the best, Pace

Like the kick sound, it can still use some layers and POWER/Compression or limiting. The snare can use a high and a mid layer added to it, once the laters are added then export it from frooty and cut the sound short and close in Recycle or Soundforge or what ever sound editing program you have, then add some compression and reload the sound to Frooty. By bouncing or export/importing your sounds you can get them to sound heavier a little easier than working with them in Frooty alone. The bass is cool, it also can use a Deeper sub LAYER rumbling underneath it. I like the tune ideas a lot, it just needs a lot of mastering and EQ/Compression and limiting. Good luck with that brutha.
