Please check out my new track 'Brucicomp 3rd Track' and post your comments here!

This was another track I did for the competition last month. Needs more work doing, but can't seem to finish it at the moment.

Slightly more chilled B-side! More of a deep tip.

All sounds are from the samples I supplied for the comp, including the vocal. Yes, they are the Beanie man and Drop the bass samples!

All feedback is appreciated. Thanks Happy

Thanks, Erm, did you actually listen to the track? I can't see a great deal of resemblance... For a start, my track has fuck all reese in it, it does have pads ruinning through it, but a totally different style and chord progression. The sub is completely different, the drums are nothing a like. If this is your attempt at getting producers rights, I suggest you learn how to do a review first Huh Big Grin

Your mixes are definitely sounding better these days mate. This one is balanced and clear. I remember the days when your tunes tended to be muddy and swamped with reverb. Big Grin

Melody wise, it's pretty sparse. But that's a good thing. I could imagine this on an old Ed Rush single. Definitely has that same vibe, which you know I'm a big fan of.

OK, a few small improvements...

Snare needs more volume and punch.
The overall mix sounds a bit too centred. I would add a touch more stereo panning.
Definitely like those reese bass stab. I'd use them more.

Apart from that, well done mate. Happy

like this one brucifer, nice atmos to it. i kinda agree that the snare could use a little more punch, but at the same time it sounds sweet as it is. Its been said before but its just a matter of taste i think.

love the way you've used the vocal samples, pretty unrecognisable from the originals, nice track mate Drummer

it was nice but the beat seamed kinda stale.. like.. idk.. the intro was pretty fly.. it was nice.
not my style, but it was done pretty well.. i guess.. the beat i guess sounded too busy and like not sure of itself.. lol.. maybe thats a bit far oit. but there were just too many thing goin at aonce and different rhythims and shit. but im guessing that that is the style of the music you were going for. that bass was pretty rough. it kinda sounded like an electric bass that was distorded. it fit the whole piece pretty well. it was good, like i said, not my style but it was good

Like the intro and the metal hits. Drumz are nice. Good layering. Like the effects and different sounds used, the effects are well done. The tune can use a nasty bass synth. Cheers brutha. Z
