this wibbly wobbly jelly on a plate style dub step is getting a bit too close to monotonous at the min IMO. it seems like a battle to find the best preset, put a filter and lfo and some vengeance hits and your laughing. i really liked it at first but now its just dragging out big time.

i know its a bit off topic but the music has so much potential yet like dnb all people wanna hear is the noise. wobbly is essentially jump up IMO but the dub step equivalent. slate me, call me a cunt but i believe i have a point, the brutal electro patch seems to be popular and is getting its rinses more than the amen in dnb. would like to know other peoples views on this too though even if you 100 percent disagree.

There will always be the odd wobble now and then. It may fade out a little in popularity like you mentioned but like the amen break ...it will always live on.
In saying that "This is real dubstep", of course these are classics and will always be classics. It's a different style which enjoyed by many....but others probably doesn't quite float there boat on the dance floor. I'm loving the variety of Dubstep there is coming out at the mo it's awesome....regardless of the wobbles I think Dubstep has something special. Everyone is entitled to there opinion so I'm hearing every word you say.
