I actually kinda liked it, although that synth is kinda odd. It sounds kinda like electric guitar and is a bit loud, overpowering the drums. I think it would be worth finishing though if you ever have the time.

That 303 is too loud indeed.
Soundquality absolutely sucks man, there is NO hi-end AT ALL, so fix that. Especially the amen sounds really bad. It sounds like you lowpassed it, ran it thru a low quality mp3-encoder and then sampled it. Doesn't sound clear at all
Not really a track yet, since there's not buildup or other themes/sounds yet, but this could be made into something good.

The melody has a very electronic vibe and has potential. It is very obviously just the start of a possible track. the general structure of the track isnt great. there needs to be more of an obvious intro and drop. the melody needs to change on the drop or at least be bulked up with another bass or different synth. some higher par6ts would sound nice, i think that a filtered arpeggiated synth could sound good. the drums are a good quality amen break, but very unoriginal as that exact same break has been used in hundreds of tunes over the years. they also need a lot of processing. try bringing them up in the mix. split the drums on to different channels and compress them individually, and put some reverb on the hi hats. a good trick to beef up your drums is to really compress them with a slow attack to allow the punch of the drum through and bring up the make up gain a lot till they are virtually clippin, then resample the drums. the tune also needs a lot more bass as it sounds very thin.
hope this has helped a little
