i quit smoking nicotine. Last sunday it was exactly 4 weeks...
i'd advice anyone who really wants to quit (and knows deep inside that they want to although they're afraid or whatever) READ 'STOPPEN MET ROKEN' by ALLEN CARR.

I did it and it's suprisingly easy to quit this way. Well, i wouldn't say easy, but at least a lot less intensive than when you do it on yourself with 'wilskracht'. Bigup

i also don't smoke that much weed these days since most of my friends smoke with tobacco (no more filthy nicotine for me Smile

)

Well - I also don't like the tabacco - I don't smoke the stuff very often - now and then with some friends - just depends which friends - I know some heavy consumers - 6/7 joints/day will be the average for some of them...

But I still I prefer smoking a waterpipe (hope that's the correct word Smile

) - and that's much better I think, much softer (and you get waaaay higher). Even with tabacco it's do-able, the water is a very good filter - but without is waaaaay better - it's rather expensive, it uses up a respectable amount of herbs when done well - luckily - I know some guys that have some homegrown (and not experimental anymore - some of those guys have over 15 years of experience - they have some real good shit, better qual than you buy on the streets), and they have plenty of it - one of the guys had 7k's with his last batch Shocked

(of which 500gr was well-spent on our last bbq *grin* - 25 peepz stoned all night...). Well - when the water is replaced by vodka - that's a whole other experience - you really go nuts... Big Grin

(but again - money....)

Well - the large disadvantage is that it's not very handy to carry around - they have small pocket-sized pipes - but in general the rule is - the bigger the better... (in my experience - the more water - the cleaner the smoke) - also jumping around on a party with one of these small-ones doesn't seem too comfortable to me Smile

Well - 7 or 8/day while you have a normal day-job... In the weekends it's definitly more, I don't wanna know how much exactly... Actually I almost never see him without, unless he already smoked everything - which is rare, cause he says he's worth 2 guys + "een verwittigd man is er 2 waard" AND counts on it that he always has company without any stuff - and in belgium 5gr/person are +-legalized - if caught- he was warned - if you get the picture Big Grin

- so it's no exception when he has like 75gr with him. The guy also only smokes quality stuff - scuff, white widow, etc... He lives nearby the border with holland, but still sometimes drives all the way up to amsterdam to get decent stuff. So yeah - I would call that guy a heavy consumer. I smoke maybe 4/5 a month - if it's even that much - but no (pure) tabacco for me...
