Anywayz, I know a couple of people who used the kleverkes to quit... and they all were succesfull... so that might help if you need a new nicotine shot...

I'm trying a new trick today to smoke less... I'm now smoking cheap tobacco from the Aldi, which tastes horrible and makes u cough for 2 hours after smoking one. It seems to work it's now a quarter to 6 PM and I've only smoked two cigs yet
...but I woke up at 3PM...
