it's available at standaard boekhandel for 12.5 euro's... and yeah it's a psychological book, in that way that it explains why most people keep smoking, it explains the psychological addiction, not the physical (wich you get rid off in like 2 weeks or something)... By the end of the book, you're no longer psychologicly addicted, and quitting becomes just a issue of biting through the physical annoyances. quite easy ( 5 weeks now btw, longest i ever quit)

Nice , same overhere, don't smoke anymore when going to school etc. but on parties I mostly fail in this action, everybody around me with those lovely kankerstokjes, it's hard to quit imo, mental you have to be strong !

i smoke too much cigs and too much weed, imo...
about a pack of cigs per day/2 days, and joints daily, normally...could be one a day, could be 5-6...depends.
i myself only buy maybe 4-5 grams TOPS a week.

well , i stopped for over a month coz i was just sick of the smell of it ...
but then , my father came back from spain with a slof of fortuna cigarettes for me ( "ow sorry , i had already completely forgotten that you quitted smoking 
) , at first i kept a strong head and gave the entire slof to the boyfriend but i must admit that now from time to time i smoke one of them fortuna safkes together with him ...
never have been a too big consumator of safkes , maximum was one packet in three or four days , during exams ... ganja "daarentegen" , tja , i like it too much to be able to quit it , smoke 4 or five grams in a week together with the b/f
sometimes less ( like now that i'm in den blok) sometimes more (bday or other special occasions) ...
the last few months i decided not to smoke herb at parties anymore tho , its really stupid to be stoned if ya wanna dance all night , and then you always have people who come over to ask if they can buy some from you (irritates me enormousely sometimes , especially if they can't stop bothering you like a bunch of addicts who need a fix ) and next to that you have the risk of getting caught at the entrance and having all those stupid cops with their processen verbaal that you really don't need on a night of partying ... not that it's already happened , but better safe than sorry , niwaar ?

never smoked cigarettes, but i used to smoke pot like a madman---quit cold turkey around august or so (although i do enjoy some good imported beer---you guys have the best)...
