I have quit smoking spliffs after 10 years of heavy daily use just like that, took me three weeks of nightmares and haven't smoked ever again (except on new year and a couple of tokes on my birthday but that doesn't count ) Won't stop smoking cigs though, it's just too good when you have a stressful job such as I have to be able to smoke a fag from time to time, ahh __ If you find spam on the site, please hit the button and select my name.
