Just been speaking to my nephew, he went. It was his first gig, he's 12. He loved it.

Didn't go to Knebworth but I did see Metallica a few months ago at the MEN Arena in Manchester. It was a really really good gig. 
Machine Head were supporting them but I only got to see 1 full track because of the traffic. 
Who were supporting last night?

I think the last time I saw Metallica, it was at the Ministry of Sound, in Elephant and Castle, S London. Quite amazing seeing them in a small venue. I got a pick from the band that night.
Must admit, I'm suprised half these bands are still going
Didn't Machine Head do that song Davidian? Saw them quite a few times. Always seemed to tour with Sepultura & Fear Factory.
