The new vocoder is nice. The sidechaining should've been there years ago. And the drag-and-drop feature.... oh my. I really wait when they'll make a real upgrade. They're just bunching up new generators and effects (basically recycling the old ones) but no major update.
Oh yeah, and they're forcing the pattern blocks out.

Yeah I think the Vocodex is pretty cool, but I'll just have to miss it until they allow pattern blocks again. Cause I'm not changing if I have to let my pattern blocks go man! And all those nice visuals and drag & drop is like microsoft's visual bullshit. Takes away performance gives you... nothing at all.

Yeah, I can't work without the pattern blocks. I mean, they are there but are inverse (clips - up and pattern blocks - down) which totally kills the whole experience for me. I argued about this on their forum, but seems nothing can be done about their mind.

Change is good. It is a stifling way to work, and to organize I find. I'll not get use to it easily enough, but eventually. I am still waiting for the stable version until then....
