Would it be possible to add download counters for the sample packs?
I'm just curious about how many people are picking up the sample packs.
I guess that would mean adding an extra page or?

haha that would be interesting, the majority of people who sign up to this site do it for the free samples (myself included before i got sucked in - no turnin back now! lol!)
I am keeping download count for quite some time now with the intention of putting them in the table, but have never looked at them. Some packs are hugely popular, with thousands of downloads.

Yeah it's something like that. There is a script that checks the user credentials, updates the database and then pipes the data stream to the browser. It also does some basic checks before initiating the data stream to avoid the site slowing down by people using malicious tools such as download managers.
